WHITTIER FIELD

22nd and W Street

From I-80:

Take the 27th Street exit

Take a right and drive South to Vine Street

Take a right on Vine Street and drive West to 22nd Street

Take a right on 22nd Street and go one block to W

You will see the field on the right behind brick apartment buildings

If anyone is interested, www.delsol.com is offering 175 gram discs that "change color in the sunlight" for just the cost of shipping ($6.19 for us here in Omaha). I thought they were pretty cool and picked up a couple from their store in St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands) while I was on vacation there last week. -- Tank (posted 29 September 06)

For this summer, we anticipate having no problems getting enough players out. As such we will not be updating the table below as to who is or is not showing up on any given Sunday.

However, just FYI, last winter turn-out was a little questionable (because a lot of our fair weather friends were too wussy to come out and play in the mild winter weather we have here in Omaha). So we asked folks to check out and update info in the table below . . . that way everyone always knew how many folks to expect on any given Sunday. We may implement this system again if our numbers start to dwindle but, as I said, for this summer we will not be updating the table below . . . just come out and play . . . there will be plenty of folks there!décoration asiatique sacs
